Da es sich hier um eine Direktlieferung gehandelt hat, werden wir das Problem direkt mit dem Hersteller Rial besprechen um Lieferung mit solchen Schäden in Zukunft zu verhindern. Leider passiert es ab und zu, dass die Zulieferer nicht alle Pakete auf einmal in ihr Zustellerfahrzeug bekommen, weshalb sich die Lieferung auf 1 - 2 Tage verteilen kann.
