The entire process was really intuitive and very good. Configurator, tire selection, ordering process - everything was great. The only point is that it is difficult to reach them by phone. About the rim: High quality, manufactured in Germany, good value for money - highly satisfied. Now to the problem: In the configurators you can't see whether the center of the rim protrudes beyond the edge. According to the picture it is flush, in reality about 8mm. Not much, but if you could easily reach the curb...and it just doesn't look good. Telephone inquiry to felgenoutlet: They can't answer that - ok, I understand. Then I called Alutec, the gentleman was only moderately motivated and said that all rims stick out in the middle. I don't understand why in this day and age the manufacturer is not able to extract this one piece of information (protrusion xmm) for each wheel from the CAD data. That would have saved me a lot of time and would also have helped me make a decision. In addition, it is not mentioned that the original hub caps fit (which makes me very happy!), which is partly the case with other rims. Another piece of information: The original screw covers don't fit here, too big. That's not a problem, you can get matching ones for 7€. Bottom line: Good, well thought-out store, good service, I'm ultimately satisfied with the look - all good.
